Can I opt-out of text messages?
If we receive the universal STOP keyword on our SMS system we are blocked and prohibited bylaw in sending you any text messages.
If you opt-out of our SMS messages you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us, meaning, you will no longer receive updates to the status of your order and the status of your port. You must ensure you check our junk/spam folders for our emails. We are not responsible for missed emails for timelines for porting as per our Terms and Conditions that you agreed to upon purchase.
If you opt-out by accident, you can opt-in again by sending the keyword UNSTOP to 1-833-258-8477 from the phone number used when you placed your order.
If you have a new phone number or want updates sent to a different phone number, please contact us to change the phone number on your account instead of opting-out.
