My provider said you denied the port
“If it doesn’t make sense, it’s usually not true.” - Judy Sheindlin. That is the case here. Number Shack provides phone numbers to our customers. Why would be deny a port or refuse to port a number you have obtained via our services?
That does not make sense! If we did that, we would not be in business for 10 years and counting!
Perhaps the port request was rejected due to an error submitted to our carrier? That is the only reason that a port is rejected. For assistance with automatic port rejections and how to easily solve that, see our Port Rejection FAQ’s.
