I purchased a number, but my carrier refuses to port it. What do I do?

If your phone carrier tells you that the number can’t be Ported to them, please contact our Port Support Team for assistance. There are very few cases where a number cannot be ported.

Most major phone companies in Canada have Port-in-specialists otherwise known as a Porting Fallout Support Agent. Our Port Support Team will contact them for you, to assist with the port.
